MERIDIAN MEDICAL INC.

  • Meridian Medical Inc. (MMI), a private company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia in 2004, has positioned itself as a leader in the sales and distribution of medical and aesthetic products through an exclusive North American marketing and distribution agreement with Meridian Co. Ltd.
  • Meridian Medical Inc. was the vision of the founding member an existing investor in Meridian Co., Ltd. who not only saw a way to increase shareholder value, but also saw a new and innovative way to market products that contribute to wellness and preventative medicine in North America.
  • MMI now operates a successful and growing sales and distribution office out of Vancouver, B.C Canada. In order to expand its brand and market presence, MMI has retained an elite and well-qualified group of distributors throughout North America.
  • MMI will continue to expand and sign key partnerships around North America, to ensure that Meridian's products will be elite products that will be available now, and in the future.

2004

  • Meridian Medical Inc. A privately owned company was established and incorporated in February 2004.
  • Digital Pulse Analyzer - Meridian Co. receives FDA 510 (K) clearance in Feb. 2003 and is introduced to the North American Market.
  • DPA introduced at many tradeshows and events.
  • Aggressive Marketing Plan for the DPA implemented across North America.

2005

  • DPA market in North America continues impressive growth.

2006

  • Meridian Co. receives Korean approval and introduces the LipoLaser to market.
  • New product introduced for Research and Development purposes (Lapex 2000 LipoLaser) and implemented by Meridian Medical Inc.
  • A Independent Review Board (IRB) Study Completed for the LipoLaser.

2007

  • DPA receives Health Canada approval.
  • Meridian Medical Inc. develops relationships and studies with cardiologist in seeking for a gold standard.
  • Lapex 2000 LipoLaser Receives Health Canada approval.

2008

  • Marketing Plan for Canadian and U.S. Lapex 2000 BCS Lipolaser sales is implemented.
  • Meridian Medical Inc. signs important strategic distribution partnerships for the Lapex 2000 BCS.
  • FDA approval on the Lapex BCS.

2009

  • MMI signs and continues to develop important contracts, relationships, and studies with key partners and doctors in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Meridian Medical Inc. looks to strategically maintain its position and continue to strive to become a leader in the aesthetics industry.
